Mabema offers two training programs within the business area of Robot Vision, FINDER Basic and FINDER Sales. The training programs are meant to give better understandning of our product FINDER, regardless if you are a technician, programmer, sales person or project manager. Read more about the different training programs and register below.

In this program we show FINDER is configured and used in different applications where the products/parts are structured. This training is the first level for our partners’ technicians and programmers, but it is also suitable for interested project managers and sales people. The training takes place in our very own Robot Center.

Training computer is provided by Mabema.


This course is primarily intended for salespeople at our partners. The course provides a basic understanding of FINDER and vision technology in order to better match the customer’s needs with the right solution at the right price.

FINDER Basic Video Guides

1. Assembling and start-up

FINDER locates the products to be picked in a camera image, and gives their positions to the robot. Depending on the camera type, the image may be in 2D or 3D. In this video we show you how to assemble and start up FINDER 2D.

2. Take a good image

To get trustworthy picking coordinates we need good images. In this video we show how to take a good image with FINDER 2D.

3. Calibrating

FINDER sends the positions of the products, calibrated and in the robot’s coordinate system, to the robot. Here we show you how to calibrate FINDER 2D.

4. Create a product

In this video we show how to easily create a product in FINDER.
