Commissioning Technician

About the Role

As a Commissioning Technician at Mabema, you will be part of our commissioning team and responsible for the installation and commissioning of our AMMO quality inspection machines at customer sites in North America and Europe. You will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships through trust and professional services. The role requires strong practical skills and the ability to independently manage customer interactions throughout the commissioning process.

Since the position involves extensive travel, primarily internationally (approximately 15 weeks per year), you should enjoy traveling and have a family situation that allows for both shorter and longer trips. Openness and humility toward other cultures are essential, as you will work with customers in diverse countries and environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Independently perform installation and commissioning of Ammo quality inspection machines at customer sites.
  • Manage customer interactions and build trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site.
  • Collaborate with the development team to provide field feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Document commissioning processes and report back to the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in commissioning at customer sites.
  • Strong practical skills, with extensive experience working hands-on with machinery.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proactive and organized with a strong sense of order.
  • Ability to handle customer relationships in a trust-building manner.
  • Interest in other cultures and humility toward different perspectives and working methods.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.

  • Skilled at building long-term and trust-based relationships.
  • Flexible and open to working in diverse environments and cultures.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unforeseen situations.
  • Comfortable with traveling and positive about working outside Sweden.
  • Security clearance may be required.
