Väderstad AB, one of the world’s leading companies in tillage, seeding and planting, is building an additional paint shop to increase their production capacity. Mabema have previously delivered a machine vision system for hang verification to their current paint shop and are happy to share that we have been entrusted to deliver another system as part of their new expansion.

The machine vision system ensures correct hanging of the goods on the conveyor. Mis-hung goods may result in collisions with the robotic equipment, leading to equipment damage, poorly painted goods, production delays, as well as unnecessary and time-consuming rework.
